Sweet Bertha C1912 Broidarie Anglaise waistcoat

Sweet Bertha... pretty  antique cotton waistcoat that was hand made in 1912 by the original owner, such a stunning hand crafted piece of fashion history. Each small section would have been cut out by hand and then hand sewn. Edge to edge front with the prettiest scalloped and shaped hemline.

An exquisite handmade piece that is is excellent quality. Came with a small piece of paper attached with details of the year is was handmade, (will be included with the top) 

Fabric: Cotton. Overall colour vibrant white, noted does have a very minor faded age spot mark at back neck most likely as stored for a long period of time.
